Performance characteristics of water-cooled cable:
⑴ The electrode (also called the cable head) is non-contact, no solder joints, no welds, and is processed by a whole copper rod on a CNC lathe or a CNC milling machine. The surface is tin-plated and anti-rust treatment, beautiful and durable. There are many varieties and complete specifications, and its structure forms: contactless type, water cooling type and rotating type.
⑵. The structural characteristics of the water inlet and outlet nozzle: It is a live thread connection structure with a sealing ring, which is convenient to replace. The faucet structure of the water inlet and outlet has a 90° curved faucet, which can be rotated 360°.
⑶, soft wire: material TU1, tinned copper stranded wire diameter 0.25mm. Soft, small bending radius, not easy to break. The tinned copper stranded wire has good corrosion resistance and can increase the service life of water-cooled cables.
⑷. The connection between the electrode and the soft lead should be squeezed and tightened with special equipment, and then filled with tin, so that the contact is good and the resistance is small.
⑸, the outer sheath insulation tube, the use of carbon-free rubber tube, natural rubber content is high, soft, long service life, working water pressure 0.6MPA, working voltage 6000V.
⑹. The electrode and the outer sheath insulating tube are sealed and fastened. The clamp is non-magnetic, and it is squeezed and fastened with special equipment, and the sealing effect is better.
